Liver function tests အသည်းအလုပ်စစ်ဆေးတဲ့အခါ (အင်ဇိုင်းမ်) တွေ ဘာလို့များနေသလဲ

ဆရာခင်ဗျား ကျနော် ဆေးစစ်တာ Liver function test မှာ SGOT နဲ့ အသည်းအင်ဇိုင်းတွေ များနေပါတယ်။ B ပိုးလဲ မတွေ့ပါဘူးခင်ဗျာ။ ကျနော် အရက်လဲမသောက်ပါ။ ဘာကြောင့် လဲဆိုတာသိပါရစေခင်ဗျာ။

Liver Function Test အသည်းလုပ်ငန်းဆိုတာမှာ ALT and AST = SGOT and SGPT, Alkaline phosphatise, Bilirubin, Albumin နဲ့ GGT and LD ဆိုတာတွေကို စစ်တယ်။

၁။ Chronic hepatitis B နာတာရှည် (ဘီ) ပိုး၊
၂။ Chronic hepatitis C နာတာရှည် (စီ) ပိုး)၊
၃။ Chronic and acute alcohol use အရက်စွဲခြင်းအပြင်
၄။ Medications ဆေးဝါးတွေကနေ (အင်ဇိုင်းမ်) တွေများနေတာကို ဖြစ်စေနိုင်တယ်။

ဆေးဝါးတွေဆိုတာ -
• Pain relief medications အနာသက်သာဆေးတွေ = aspirin, acetaminophen (Tylenol), ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin), naproxen (Naprosyn, Naprelan, Anaprox, Aleve), diclofenac (Voltaren, Cataflam, Voltaren-XR), and phenylbutazone (Butazolidine)
• Anti-seizure medications အတက်သက်သာဆေးတွေ = phenytoin (Dilantin), valproic acid (Depakote, Depakote ER, Depakene, Depacon), carbamazepine (Tegretol, Tegretol XR, Equertro), and phenobarbital
• Antibiotics ဗက်တီးရီးယားအတွက်ဆေးတွေ = tetracyclines, sulfonamides, isoniazid (INH), sulfamethoxazole (Gantanol), trimethoprim (Trimpex; Proloprim, Primsol), nitrofurantoin (Macrodantin; Furadantin; Macrobid), fluconazole (Diflucan ) and some other anti-fungals, etc.
• Cholesterol lowering drugs (ကိုလက်စထော) ကျဆေးတွေ = lovastatin (Mevacor, Altocor), pravastatin (Pravachol), atorvastatin (Lipitor), fluvastatin (Lescol), simvastatin (Zocor), rosuvastatin (Crestor), and niacin
• Cardiovascular drugs နှလုံးဆေးတွေ = amiodarone (Cordarone), hydralazine (Apresoline), quinidine (Quinaglute, Quinidex), etc.
• Antidepressant drugs of the tricyclic type စိတ်ကျဆေးတွေဖြစ်တယ်။
