Plantar Warts Treatment ခြေဖဝါး အသားမာ ကုသနည်း

ကျွန်တော့်ရဲ့ ခြေဖဝါး ခြေမ ပေါ်မှာ အသားမာ လိုမျိုးဖြစ်နေပါတယ်။ အသေးလေးတွေ ပွါးလာပါတယ်။ စာတွေ လျှောက်ဖတ်ကြည့်တော့ plantar warts လို့ တွေ့ရပါတယ်။ ပျောက်ကင်းအောင် ဘယ်လိုကုသရမလဲ။

• Doughnut-shaped piece of moleskin around the wart ပလာစတာ တမျိုးမျာ အဝိုင်းလေးနဲ့ အလယ်က အပေါက်လေးနဲ့ဟာ ကပ်ပါ။
• Duct tape ဆိုတာကို ၂၄ နာရီကပ်ထားပါ။ ၆ ပါတ်ကြာရင်ပျောက်တယ်။
• 17% Salicylic acid and 17% Lactic acid (Duofilm or DermaTech Wart Treatment) ကိုလမ်းပါ။ နေရာကို ရေနွေးနဲ့ ၅ မိနစ် စိမ်ပြီးမှ ဒါမှမဟုတ် ရေချိုးပြီးချိန်လိမ်းပါ။ အဖတ်ကွာလာတာတွေကို (ဘရပ်ချ်) နဲ့တိုက်ဖယ်ပစ်ပါ။
• Cantharidin and Dichloroacetic (or Trichloroacetic) acid တွေလဲသုံးတယ်။
• Upton's paste (6 parts Salicylic acid and 1 part Trichloroacetic acid in Glycerin) ကိုလဲ သုံးတယ်။
• 40%-60% Salicylic acid နဲ့ white soft Paraffin ပါရာဖင်အဆီ ရောလိမ်းတယ်။
• Efudex (5-fluorouracil) topical ointment လိမ်းဆေးသုံးတယ်။
• Laser treatment လေဆာနည်း၊
• Cryotherapy အေးခဲစေနည်း၊
• Curettage and Desiccation ခြစ်ခွဲစိတ်နည်း၊
• Immunotherapy ဆေးနည်းကို အရေပြားအထူးကုဆရာဝန်တွေက လုပ်ပေးတယ်။
